Workplace conflicts are inevitable, but the approach to managing conflict is most important. This video will provide an effective strategy for managing conflict in the workplace. 

I used Vyond to design and develop this animated video. I began the project by scripting the narration on the storyboard. I developed the scenes guided by the storyboard. Then the scene transitions, characters, animations, motion paths, ambient city sounds, ambient office chatter and typing were added. Finally, all components were timed appropriately.
